These are SO fun to make, so fun to wear, and decently easy and fast too!
Read more about these braclets and get some ideas for words to use on them!
Here's how we do it:
Supplies:
Square letter beads-we get these from amazon
Fabric or ribbon
A "bead tweezer" for lack of better words, is very helpful-these have just come in random bead packs through the years, and is not sharp
Scissors
If you have the round beads with small holes at home already, you could bead these on a string then tie the string to a ribbon on both sides
Cut your ribbon or fabric like shown below in a diagonal line. This will make beading the ribbon easier.

2. Put the beads on the fabric/ribbon- you can use the tweezers to push the fabric through the beads if needed
3. Tie knots between words or use spacers between the words-I tie knots after I'm done putting on ALL the beads
4. Tie knots on each end of the beads
5. Give to family and friends to encourage them, or wear yourself!
Ideas for these:
Think of words that are important and meaningful for you to wear
Make and give to classmates, teachers, secretaries, janitors, cooks, etc at school
Give to food workers when you go through the drive through or eat out
Make and hand out at church
Make and hand out at activities
Mail to family members and friends
Give as gifts for people's birthdays
Hand to random people when you're out and about
Give someone a bracelet and a sweet note as a just because gift
Give a bracelet and a prayer card-see some here
Share ideas with us below, and let us know if you have made any and what you've done with them! We love to hear your ideas and learn from you!
